Returns

1. Defective Products

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective item, we are here to help. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@kinside.club with the following details:

• Your order number.
• A description of the defect.
• Photos of the defective product.

Upon review, if the product is deemed defective, we will offer you the option of a replacement or a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for products that have been opened or used. This policy applies to all skincare, apparel, and accessories due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued for products that are confirmed to be defective. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a defective product, the cost of return shipping will be covered by Kinside.
